AISS — Approach
Approach • Human-centred, systematic and inclusive

From question to implementation: a clear approach

Every AI challenge needs an approach that fits. That means working systematically, in a human- and practice-oriented way—with a strong focus on inclusivity and transparency by grounding each step in clear reasoning. I work closely with you, your team and relevant stakeholders to support you as effectively as possible.

The approach

From first contact and introduction to wrap-up and aftercare: every engagement follows the same core process steps, tailored to your situation, context and needs. This ensures AISS’ services and support remain aligned—and can be evaluated regularly on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Human-centred: stakeholders and end users are involved early.
  • Systematic: clear steps with rationale and explicit decisions.
  • Evaluation: periodic checks on quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

What happens in the first call?

In the intake call we get to know each other and zoom in on your AI question. You’ll leave with clarity on the best next step and what’s needed to get there.

What we discuss

  • Stakeholders and context of the challenge
  • What has priority (the core problem)
  • Intended goals and a high-level approach
  • Ways of collaborating (e.g., Agile, Lean and Design Thinking)
  • Budget and expected timeline

After the call

Within one week you’ll receive a short summary of what we discussed, which services could help, and an indication of costs. If you decide to proceed, we formalise this contractually and get started.
